What are your shipping rates? My shipping rates are a flat rate of $6 for the entire USA, including Hawaii and Puerto Rico. Unless a specific product allows for it, I currently do not ship outside of the country, but I plan to do so as soon as it’s possible and feasible for me!
How long will it take to fulfill my order? If all of the products you ordered are not preorders, they will ship out within 7 business days.
IMPORTANT: If your order contains an item that is preordered, I will fulfill that entire order once the preordered product has arrived. Please stay tuned on my Twitter page and Instagram stories for the most up-to-date information on preordered products. If you’d like to order both preordered and non-preordered items, please make two separate orders.I ordered a Li’l Boo Plushy — what is the status of my order? The plushies have arrived! I ordered a Chilling Tale of Li’l Boo - New Edition book — what is the status of this project? I am currently on track to finish the new illustrations and design of the book by the end of April or beginning of May! This project has proven to be challenging, but I am excited to show off more illustrations in the coming weeks as I finish them. Thank you for your patience and I’m so excited to re-release this new edition because it really is a labour of love.
How can I track my order? Once your order has shipped, I will send you your USPS tracking number within the order shipment confirmation email.
What forms of payment do you accept? I use Stripe as my point of sale system, which accepts Visa (credit and debit cards), MasterCard (credit and debit cards), American Express, and Discover (US merchants only).
